Bill Voss
Voss, former middle school coach and director of transportation for the Abilene Independent School District, was a longtime football official in the Southwest Conference. He worked as the umpire in numerous bowl games including the Notre Dame-West Virginia game in the Fiesta Bowl. He became the third Abilene chapter official to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, joining Curly Hays and Shorty Lawson.
